【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofbreadslicingmachinesoftype1and2asdefinedinClause3.Theintendeduseofthesemachinesistocutbakedbreadintoslices.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttobreadlicersmachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardcoversrequirementsforthesafeoperationofthemachineincluding:loading,cutting,unloading,cleaning,crumbremovalandmaintenance.Thesemachinescanbemanuallyorautomaticallyoperated.1.2Thefollowingmachinesareexcludedfromthescopeofthisdocument:?experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;?framecuttermachineswithmultiplebladesmovinghorizontally;?domesticappliancesandmachinesintendedforusebythegeneralpublic;?machineswithhorizontalcircularcuttingsystems;?rectangularcuttingmachinesforcuttingorsawingofpanelsizeproductsintosmallpieces.ThesignificanthazardscoveredbythisdocumentaredescribedinClause4.1.3IndraftingthisEuropeanStandard,ithasbeenassumedthatthebreadslicersfallingwithinthescopeareoperatedonlybytrainedpersonnelandthatthemachinesarenotintendedtobecleanedwithwaterjet.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletobreadslicingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandard.
