【摘要】:EachFacilityRatingScaleinthisclassification(seeFigs.1-6)providesameanstoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofabuildingorfacilityforonetopicofserviceability,andtocomparethatlevelagainstthelevelofanyotherbuildingorfacility.Thisclassificationcanbeusedforcomparinghowwelldifferentbuildingsorfacilitiesmeetaparticularrequirementforserviceability.Itisapplicabledespitedifferencessuchaslocation,structure,mechanicalsystems,age,andbuildingshape.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatetheamountofvarianceofserviceabilityfromtargetorfromrequirement,forasingleofficefacility,orwithinagroupofofficefacilities.Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethefollowing:4.4.1Serviceabilityofanexistingfacilityforusesotherthanitspresentuse.4.4.2Serviceability(potential)ofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt.4.4.3Serviceability(potential)ofafacilityforwhicharemodelinghasbeenplanned.Useofthisclassificationdoesnotresultinbuildingevaluationordiagnosis.Buildingevaluationordiagnosisgenerallyrequiresaspecialexpertiseinbuildingengineeringortechnology,andtheuseofinstruments,tools,ormeasurements.Thisclassificationappliesonlytofacilitiesthatarebuildingconstructions,orpartsthereof.(Whilethisclassificationmaybeusefulinratingtheserviceabilityoffacilitiesthatarenotbuildingconstructions,suchfacilitiesareoutsidethescopeofthisclassification.)1.1Thisclassificationcoverspairsofscales(see)forclassifyinganaspectoftheserviceabilityofanofficefacility,thatis,thecapabilityofanofficefacilitytomeetcertainpossiblerequirementsforstructureandbuildingenvelope.1.2Withinthataspectofserviceability,eachpairofscales(see)areforclassifyingonetopicofserviceability.EachparagraphinanOccupantRequirementScalesummarizesonelevelofserviceabilityonthattopic,whichoccupantsmightrequire.ThematchingentryintheFacilityRatingScaleisatranslationoftherequirementintoadescriptionofcertainfeaturesofafacilitywhich,takenincombination,indicatethatthefacilityislikelytomeetthatlevelofrequiredserviceability.1.3TheentriesintheFacilityRatingScale(see)areindicativeandnotcomprehensive.Theyareforquickscanning,toestimateapproximately,quickly,andeconomically,howwellanofficefacilityislikelytomeettheneedsofoneoranothertypeofoccupantgroup,overtime.Theentriesarenotformeasuring,knowing,orevaluatinghowanofficefacilityisperforming.1.4Thisclassificationcanbeusedtoestimatethelevelofserviceabilityofanexistingfacility.Itcanalsobeusedtoestimatetheserviceabilityofafacilitythathasbeenplannedbutnotyetbuilt,suchasoneforwhichsingle-linedrawingsandoutlinespecificationshavebeenprepared.1.5Thisclassificationindicateswhatwouldcauseafacilitytoberatedatacertainlevelofserviceability,butdoesnotstatehowtoconductaserviceabilityratingnorhowtoassignaserviceabilityscore.ThatinformationisfoundinPracticeE1334.ThescalesinarecomplimentarytoandcompatiblewithPracticeE1334.Eachrequirestheother.
