【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheconditionsforobtainingreproducibleandcomparabelmeaurementresultsoflevelsandspectraofnoiseinsideallkindsofvehiclesonrailsorothertypesoffixedtrack,hereinafterconvenitionallycalled"train",exceptfortrackmaintenancevehiclesinoperation.Thisstandardisapplicablefor:-typetesting;-periodicmointoringtesting.Theresultsmaybeused,forexample:-tocharacterisethenoiseinsidethesevehicles;-tocomparetheinternalnoiseofvariousvehiclesonaparticulartracksection.ThetestproceduresspecifiedinthisEuropeanStandardareofengineeringgrade(grade2,withaprecisionof±2dB),thatisthepreferredonefornoisedeclarationpurposes,asdefinedinENISO12001.Thestandarddescribestestsduringdifferentoperatingconditions,i.e.driving,accelerating,deceleratingandstandstill.Thechosenoperatingconditionsaredecidedbytherelevantauthorityorthetrainowner/operator.Itisnotmandatorytoperformtestsatallconditions.Infrasoundandmessagesintelligibilityarenottreatedinthisstandard.Theproceduresspecifiedforacceleratinganddeceleratingtestsareofsurveygrade.
